Terms of service

Thank you for considering to shop with Aimée Skelton Jewellery, by purchasing with me you confirm that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Payment terms

By purchasing through Aimée Skelton Jewellery you are confirming that the card you are using is yours or that you have received authorisation by the card owner to use it. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to checks with the card issuer before they are accepted and your order confirmed. In the interest of fraud prevention all refunds will be processed via the same method of payment used against the order and will appear in the customers account within 5-10 working days from receipt of the refund.

Shipping

Upon approval of your order please allow up to one week for the dispatch of your items. In the case of a delay you will be contacted via the email that was provided at the time of ordering. If you have ordered a ‘made to order’ item please allow 4-8 weeks before dispatch. All orders are sent via Special Delivery and shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Customers will be issued with a tracking number once the item(s) are dispatched. If you suspect that your parcel has been lost or damaged in transit please contact me as soon as possible.

For international orders Aimée Skelton Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service in the end destination. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations and Returns

I hope that you are satisfied with your order however if you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.

For cancellations, providing the item(s) have not yet been dispatched please contact me ASAP so that i can process your request and cancel your order.

If you have changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have a further 14 days to return the product(s). All items must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition, unaltered and unworn in order for me to process your refund. Please note that Aimée Skelton Jewellery is not responsible for return postal charges unless an item is faulty/incorrect. I would strongly advise that you send all returns via Special Delivery to cover yourself as I am not liable for any returns in the event that your parcel is either damaged, stolen or lost in transit.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item then please contact me within 14 days providing full details of what is wrong with your order and I will contact you to arrange a replacement/refund. In the event of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, return postage costs will be covered by Aimée Skelton Jewellery.

All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment method and will be authorised within 14 days after the return has been received. The refund will appear in the customers account within 5-10 days from receipt of the refund.

If you discover a fault in the product a repair can be arranged upon inspection and up to 6 months after purchasing. However, any faults caused by misuse or accidental damage is not the responsibility of Aimée Skelton Jewellery and will need to be charged to the customer on a case by case basis.

A return address will be provided in writing via email.

Commissions

All commissions will be discussed via email with the customer, where they will receive design ideas based on the brief, a full quote, time line and due date for their order. On approval of the final design a 10% deposit will be taken, with the remaining balance to be paid prior to shipping. All commissions are bespoke orders and as a result are non refundable.

Pricing

Pricing is correct at the time of publication. Aimée Skelton Jewellery reserves the right to change pricing and update descriptions accordingly.
