FAQ’s

  • Due to the nature of Sterling Silver, tarnishing will occur over time as the item is exposed to air. All Jewellery orders come with a free polishing cloth in order to restore your item of jewellery, simply rub the item gently with the cloth until the tarnish has been removed, the cloth will provide an anti-tarnish barrier and can be reused until it is black in colour but cannot be washed. Avoid any contact with sanitisers, perfumes, creams or lotions and always remove your jewellery when cleaning, showering, swimming and exercising as these can all speed up the tarnishing process.

    When you are not wearing your item of jewellery store it away in a jewellery box - preferably the original box to ensure that it stays away from anything that could potentially scratch and damage the silver.

  • Enamel is a fired glass and as a result is very delicate and needs to be handled with care. Please always ensure that the piece is well supported when hanging on the wall. If the item requires cleaning, a microfibre or a soft damp cloth can be used to gently clean the surface, avoid placing any pressure on the item as this could lead the enamel to crack. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight as this can affect the colours.

  • I typically try to keep a stock of my products, however as I work independently some pieces may be out of stock whilst I work on re-making them. Please contact me for an estimation of when they will be back in stock.

  • By law all silver items weighing over 7.78g must be hallmarked by the Assay Office in order to guarantee that they meet the legal requirements of purity.

    Due to the nature of my work all jewellery pieces are made from solid silver and will always come hallmarked unless stated otherwise.

  • I hope that you are satisfied with your order however if you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.

    If you have changed your mind, or are unhappy with your purchase or have received a faulty item please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have a further 14 days to return the product(s). All items, if not faulty must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition, unaltered and unworn in order for me to process your refund.
